6.4 Surprise Deliveries
For surprise deliveries, Vhenever is not liable if recipients refuse delivery or are unavailable during the scheduled attempt. Responsibility lies with the sender to ensure feasibility.
7.1 Accuracy
All customization details, including text, images, and instructions, must be accurate at the time of order. Errors may result in incorrect fulfillment and are the responsibility of the user.
7.2 Non-Returnable
Customized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon delivery. This includes personalized engravings, printed messages, or unique product modifications.

8.1 Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins. Once preparation or packaging has started, cancellation requests may not be honored.

8.4 COD Refusal
